Shipping and returns

Where are we shipping to currently?

We are currently shipping to the UK, Ireland, Channel Islands, UAE, US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand & Japan.

Shipping to Europe and other international destinations will be coming soon.

UK & Channel Islands

We aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours (not including weekends).

Deliveries in mainland UK are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 and take 2-3 working days (including saturdays).

Please note that any applicable local taxes or duties are the responsibility of the customer. We advise you to contact your local customs office for more information.

International Orders

Deliveries to UAE, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand & Japan are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked and take 6-7 working days. We aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours (not including weekends).

We are continuously working to make them available in more parts of the world. Let us know if there’s somewhere you’d like us to add!

Returns

Once you receive your purchase you will have a 30-day returns period, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. You are welcome to return the product for a full refund, excluding shipping costs*, subject to the following conditions:

  • All returns must be unused and in their original condition (including all original packaging).

  • You must complete your return within 30 days of the date of your order and you are responsible for arranging the return and all related cost.

  • The original shipping costs* to you are not refunded.

No returns are accepted for digital downloads.

Little Happy Learners Ltd reserves the right to reject returns outside the 30 day return
period, or items which are returned that are not in their original condition and/or 
packaging.

If your parcel is returned to us due to a rejected delivery or failure to claim the parcel, then you will be responsible for paying the return charge. This will be deducted from your refund, along with the initial shipping charge.

*Please note shipping costs are subsidised for deliveries  but if a parcel is returned the full price of the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is
defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can sort it out for you. To start a return, you can contact us at hello@littlehappylearners.co.uk and we will give you the return address.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, if approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
